
BUILDING MANAGER
The Building Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining
open and continuous lines of communication between and among all
tenants, site-related personnel, leasing representatives, and the
corporate office. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that all
property-related issues and details (operational and informational)
are handled from inception to resolution in an appropriate, timely,
and cost-effective manner.
LEASING CONSULTANT
The Leasing Consultant’s primary responsibility is leasing suites.
Additionally, the Leasing Consultant strives to maintain a high
level of resident retention within the framework of Company policies
and procedures. The Leasing Consultant must maintain an enthusiastic
attitude in all areas of resident service. Responsibilities include
sales, marketing, administrative and resident service requests.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Maintenance Supervisor’s primary responsibility is overseeing
and supervising the maintenance and housekeeping activity of their
assigned community. Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor strives
to maintain a high level of resident retention within the framework
of Company policies and procedures by ensuring that vacant units are
made “Market Ready” and work orders are completed in a timely
manner. Responsibilities include supervision of maintenance
technicians work and housekeeping efforts at the community (i.e.
quality control), as well as, interaction with the Building Manager
to ensure that all community maintenance goals are achieved.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is the timely
completion of assigned maintenance duties at their community.
Additionally, the Maintenance Technician strives to maintain a high
level of resident retention within the framework of Company policies
and procedures by ensuring that vacant units are made “Market Ready”
and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities
include all related maintenance efforts at the community, as well
as, interaction with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all
community maintenance goals are achieved.
